Dear Customers

I am writing to inform you, now that the Government has confirmed that we are remaining in Tier 3, that we will sadly need to cancel Dick Whittington, based on the Tier 3 restrictions on hospitality venues. Whilst we understand this will be disappointing, we hope you understand this decision is out of our control. We had hoped to be able to bring you a 2020 panto, but sadly that won't be possible now.

If you would like to swap your tickets to Aladdin (our 2021 panto) please contact the Box Office on 01642 792587 before 2pm on Friday 18th December, and Paige will make those arrangements for you. A full refund will be processed for all remaining tickets at 5pm on Friday. Refunds will take 3 to 5 working days to return to your accounts.
